hello my name iz zjene waimotu i was brought up in the wairarapa but my whanau originated from ruatoria all i know about myself is i am ngati porou and my marea is hiruharama i really want to know about where i am from as my koro parekura naera wipaku waimotu has past away. please help me.

Your grandfather and my father were brothers. My father is Henare Waimotu he is younger than your grandfather uncle paddy. I can give you some infomation about your grandfathers whanau but not alot. I know where all the aunty's are staying so I guess that's a bonus. I don't really know how to help you unless I know exactly what your looking for. I too was born 'n' breed in the Wairarapa and was leagally adopted by your granduncle Henry here in Masterton...Kia ora koe
