There is a property for sale at the above address which i am interested in buying. On inspection of the property i noticed that there is a road of some sort that is in the process of being established next door to the house. Can you please inform me as to what type of road will it be? is it going to be a busy main road. This is my only concern with the property and is holding me back from purchasing it as i have small children.
